The historical evolution of the social dominant form recreation industry in China shows the concern for children's existence as nature, society and spirit. Therefore, we put forward two Suggestions in order to provide some basis for improving relevant laws and regulations and solving current practical problems.

1. Respect children's recreational needs

Mr. Chen heqin attaches great importance to children's amusement. He proposed decades ago that children's pleasure is a natural tendency, and children take pleasure as their life. For young children, pleasure means work and work means play. At present, with the promulgation and implementation of the outline and guide, more and more teachers and parents' views on children have been transformed, and children's play has been recognized and respected to a certain extent.

However, some researchers have found that the quality of teachers is the most important consideration for parents when choosing kindergartens, followed by the distance and the management of kindergartens, while "value play" only accounts for 3.3%, which indicates that play activities in kindergartens are not paid enough attention by parents. In addition, the researchers also found that some kindergarten teachers still consider playtime to be naughty and should be banned. All these show that teachers and parents should further change their ideas, establish a modern view of children, treat children correctly, take children as the foundation, pay attention to children's existence as nature, society and spirit, and value and respect children's play.

2. Attach importance to the ontological value of amusement

Children have the right and need to play. Respect children's play is based on a play has unique value to the child, in addition to the value refers to play as a form of education method, education for children's body, intelligence, Germany, us all-round development with "instrumental value", is refers to the play itself is indispensable for children health growth, namely "noumenon value". A researcher once conducted a survey on "parents' understanding of the amusement function in kindergartens". According to the research results, 45.8% of parents believe that amusement is a relaxed and pleasant way to learn, and children can learn through this relaxed and pleasant way. 32.4% of parents think their children can grow up healthily and happily in the playground. 8.9% of parents think amusement can meet children's needs, but they should give more knowledge to children. Thus, parents pay more attention to the "instrumental value" of amusement. There is a lack of relevant research on teachers' understanding of amusement value, but researchers can preliminarily perceive that teachers also pay more attention to the "instrumental value" of amusement and pay insufficient attention to the "ontological value" of amusement through teachers' speeches in daily teaching and research activities. Based on this, the researcher calls on teachers and parents to pay attention to the function of amusement activities, and more systematically and comprehensively understand the ontological value of amusement activities.

Children, as growing and developing individuals, support their bodies and coordinate their actions for their rich spiritual world. This world is a magical world, which requires our understanding and understanding. Only by understanding children's rich inner world can we truly respect children as spiritual beings. Children have their own unique spiritual needs and desires, play for adults may be low-level, may be dispensable. However, for children, play is necessary, is the special spiritual needs of children. If the special spiritual needs of children are not met, then it is the child's mind.
